With more than two decades of hands-on experience in community services, and a solid background in Social Psychology, Organizational Leadership, and Adult Learning, Brandyn Gallagher—your Leadership Engineer—understands how unresolved misunderstandings and unhealed beliefs shape the ways we connect, and how we can more effectively work together.
This work is deeply informed by lived experience across race, gender, class, faith, and (dis)ability. Since 2014, Brandyn has delivered tailored leadership and inclusion training, drawing a foundation for this work from the wisdom of Native mentors since 2007.
